Bring Back
Your Facial Glow!

You want a healthy, clear, glowing, and attractive facial complexion. We at Rejuvenate Medspa want you to have exactly that! Our Denver HydraFacial can help you achieve those results and your goals toward a more youthful, radiant-looking you.

What is HydraFacial?

HydraFacial is a multi-step restorative and replenishing skin treatment that cleans, rejuvenates, and rehydrates your facial skin.

As the name implies, it’s the amazing hydrating properties of HydraFacial that separate it from all other skin resurfacing procedures. The treatment is wildly popular because it works. Somewhere in the world, a HydraFacial is performed every 15 seconds, which shows people like HydraFacial and are delighted by their results!

How does
HydraFacial work?

HydraFacial uses a proprietary machine to cleanse and exfoliate your skin, extracting impurities and delivering rejuvenating serums to your face.

The device uses an exfoliating tip paired with suction to remove dead skin cells from your facial surface and remove your skin’s uneven outer layer.

HydraFacial Benefits

HydraFacial has many benefits that it can offer for patients. Here are just a few:

  • It’s a versatile treatment
  • It’s a fully customizable treatment
  • HydraFacials are safe and gentle on the skin
  • It’s non-invasive
  • It can be combined with other treatments to optimize results
  • There is no downtime after the procedure
  • Quick, often taking 30 minutes or less
  • It works for all skin types

HydraFacial treatments require no downtime. You can get the procedure before a big event or get regular HydraFacial treatments to maintain healthy skin.

Is a HydraFacial
Worth It?

For clients who want brighter, more youthful, even-toned skin, hydrafacial treatment provides exceptional results. It is one of the most advanced facials available.

While the HydraFacial cost is slightly more than a classic facial, it offers better results in general by maximizing the beneficial ingredients, while minimizing potential irritation. It also takes advantage of a Vortex-Fusion® serum delivery system that enhances penetration of beautifying ingredients, such as plant extracts and antioxidants your skin needs to look healthy and hydrated.

Your HydraFacial treatment at Rejuvenate delivers visibly more radiant skin in approximately 30 minutes, making it an ideal treatment for busy professionals that want to get better skin without spending a lot of time in the treatment chair.

What facial issues can be addressed with HydraFacial?

  • Acne
  • Wrinkles
  • Dry skin
  • Clogged pores
  • Skin discoloration
  • Uneven skin tone and texture
  • Oily Skin
  • Combination skin

Are you a candidate?
Is HydraFacial for everyone?

HydraFacial treatment can be performed on almost all skin types, including sensitive complexions. But if you have an active rash, sunburn, or rosacea, this treatment is not for you because it could cause further damage or flare-ups. Also, the salicylic acid used in the procedure has not been proven safe during pregnancy.

Your HydraFacial Treatment

A HydraFacial at Rejuvenate MedSpa Denver uses the latest facial technology to achieve flawless skin in a three-step process.

Step 1: Cleansing: Your relaxing HydraFacial treatment begins with a gentle cleansing of the skin to remove impurities such as makeup, oil, dead skin cells, and dirt to prep the skin for the next steps that follow. Mild cleansing agents leave your skin perfectly cleansed and purified, skipping harsh ingredients so as to keep the skin vibrant and healthy.

Step 2: Using a gentle, low concentration glycolic acid and BHAs, the exfoliating step of HydraFacial helps free congested pores and sweep away dead skin cells without the need for aggressive scrubbing of any kind. This makes HydraFacial a gentle way to loosen dead skin cells that make the skin’s surface appear dull, aged, or discolored. So, even Denver hydrafacial patients with relatively delicate skin can reap the benefits of chemical exfoliation.

Step 3: The treatment segment is used to infuse, hydrate, and protect your face with boosters and serums. HydraFacial saturates your skin’s surface with antioxidants and peptides to give you the “glow” you want. Targeted skin serums are delivered to your face to address specific skin concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, and enlarged pores.

And remember, your provider can adjust the HydraFacial device’s suction power to address delicate places such as the areas under your eyes. We will also use the exfoliator at just the right intensity for you, and adjust acid treatment duration times to best address your particular goals and needs.

Results

With hydrafacial you will quickly see improvement in acne as well as skin texture and tone, without any residual irritation or peeling. Many people say they feel more “radiant” following only one HydraFacial treatment.

Aftercare & Maintenance

  • You’ll want to avoid exposure to the sun and tanning beds for a few days following treatment.
  • Make sure to apply sunscreen of at least SPF 30 for about a week after.
  • Avoid exfoliating treatments for a couple of days.
  • Properly moisturize your skin.
  • For at least a day following treatment, avoid intense heat.
  • Wait a day before applying makeup.
  • Avoid medium or deep chemical peels and laser treatment for a couple of weeks.

How often should I get a HydraFacial?

It’s up to you, but we have seen that most patients get the best HydraFacial results by getting the treatment done every few weeks. It is best to wait at least two weeks between each HydraFacial treatment, as there is no benefit from over-treating the skin.

Depending on the severity of the cosmetic skin issues you are facing, our experienced HydraFacial technicians will be glad to develop a treatment schedule that works for you. Each treatment session builds on the results of the last, but you will see noticeable improvement from a single HydraFacial treatment. It is also a wonderful way to get your skin looking beautiful just before a special event.

Can HydraFacial be combined with other treatments?

Absolutely! HydraFacial can be paired with Botox, dermal fillers, non-ablative light and laser treatments, chemical peels, and additional antioxidant serums. Our Denver Med spa team here at Rejuvenate can construct just the right treatment combination for you.

HydraFacial FAQs

The hydrafacial treatment is not painful. Most people compare it to a light massage. But the exfoliation portion of the procedure will create some mild friction. The device’s treatment tips with vortex technology gently vacuum your skin and can get a little noisy.

All such procedures carry risks, including infection and allergic reactions to materials used in your treatment. Side effects can include temporary redness and skin irritation. However, you can safely apply makeup to hide that redness.

No. While this will vary from person to person, you can count on your results to last at least seven days. But in many cases, they will last much longer. We recommend a series of 4-6 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart for the best and most durable results.

Unlike a regular facial, a HydraFacial involves no manual extraction of materials lodged in your skin pores.

HydraFacial is as effective as microdermabrasion but is not painful and requires no recovery downtime. Plus, microdermabrasion uses manual extractions, while the vacuum system used in HydraFacial cleans your skin much more deeply and gently. HydraFacial provides medical-grade microdermabrasion and hydration benefits.

Don’t use exfoliating treatments like glycolic acid or enzymes for at least 48 hours after treatment, and avoid over-the-counter acne medications for that same period. Avoid intense heat for at least a couple of days.

The HydraFacial machine can remove oil, dirt, sebum, dead skin cells, and hair.

It is a “purging” procedure, so it disrupts the status quo. But, remember, unlike traditional facials, there is no manual extraction involved in HydraFacial. The whole idea is to remove facial skin impurities as gently and completely as possible. HydraFacial gets rid of the stuff that MAKES your face break out.

How long will this “purging” last? That differs from person to person. But generally, all purging will be complete in 4-6 weeks. If purging continues after that time frame, contact your provider.

HydraFacial is safe and effective for all skin types. It can address many cosmetic concerns, including acne, acne scars, discoloration, enlarged pores, and oily complexion.

Not likely, as it’s considered an elective cosmetic procedure.

That will vary. But industry surveys place the cost of a single treatment between $199 and $300.
